A massive congratulations to Grace and Ami who competed in HRROX Glasgow!

All the hard work finaly paid off! Now onto the next 100 events yous have decided we are doing😂

This is one of my clients who despite an EXTREMELY busy schedule has made massive changes to her body composition and performance in the gym🏋‍♂️

There are only 4 months between these photos, progress doesnt always need to be viewed as purely long term, its amazing what can happen in a short amount of time when you work as hard as she did, well done!😊

🔸️Some new additions for the gym arrived this week🔸️

Roller J Cups: making it easier to shift the bar left and right to get it centered even after loading tge weight

Hex/Trap bar: this one will be a great addition to the gyms current bar collection, it opens up some new variations particularly for performance based clients🏋‍♂️

This could be the year!

For some 2025 was a very successful year, competitions won, milestones smashed and resolutions followed through

For some it may not have gone to plan

But 2025 is over now, its a new year and motivation for majority of us will be at its highest

There will be many people looking to start now, they might not know what to do, how to use a machine, gym ettiquete, etc

We all started somewhere so lets make the gym a place everyone wants to come back to and help grow the fitness community even more in 2026💪
