We are also delighted to announce that Melanie is our Skater of the Month for May! 🏅

Melanie always gives 100% in every session, and the coaches have seen a fantastic improvement in her confidence. She recently competed at both the MFSC Competition and the Aviemore Competition, where she achieved 1st place in her category at Aviemore — a well-deserved reward for her commitment and hard work. 🥇⭐

To top it all off, Melanie also passed her Silver today! What an amazing achievement and a fantastic month of success.

Huge well done to Milly who came 2nd out of 18 skaters with a huge new PB! 👏 Her podium finish was so well deserved and she got a brilliant component score from the judges 😍

Another huge congratulations to Eden who placed 7th but had the 3rd highest technical score in her category! ✨ just incredible considering her first competition was only last week in Aberdeen! 😱

We are so proud of you all 👏 Not everyone had the skate they wanted but they all showed brilliant sportsmanship and a fabulous attitude. They were all beautiful on the ice and are a fabulous showcase of some of the talent we have at our club ✨

A national 2 test pass, a competition debut, harder elements, pushing out of their comfort zones, and lots of lessons learned 🩵

And just incase anyone wasn't aware, ice skating is difficult! Our skaters just make it look easy 💁‍♀️😂
