This evening’s run on the Black Isle had it all for our intrepid group: road, trail, beach, forest and a field of Christmas trees!🎄

Sunshine and hail showers - that was the weather menu for our recent Sunday Runch at North Kessock. The views, as ever, were impressive.

A change of scenery for us at the weekend with a visit to this very popular London parkrun beside the Thames 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Good ISR turnout at the first ever Belladrum parkrun today 😀

A mostly trail course, lovely scenery with a ‘heartbreak hill’ too (and a piper playing at the top!).

We reckon this will be a popular parkrun with locals and visitors alike - over 200 parkrunners there today 👏
