Many of you will already know that we are going to have a stall at the Highland Games this year.

The event will be held on Saturday 11th July at the bught and we are seeking members to give a hand.

There will be a fly tying demonstration by Peter Easton, casting tuition, electro fishing etc.

If you are able to help get in touch with club secretary Ally Henderson.

Lost Keys?

2 sets of keys have been found at the Little Isle, otherwise known as the "gathering place".

If they are yours pop into the fisherman's hut and collect them.

Davie gets off the mark!

Davie Dyce got his season underway today with a clean grilse of 5lb from the tail of the little isle.

Bright sunshine and 4 hours after the tide aren't usually the best of conditions for catching a fish, but what's for you won't go by you.

Congratulations and hopefully thats the first of many.

Ruthven Boat.

I was up and did some maintenance on the mooring at Ruthven today.
I've added a buoy onto the front mooring and changed the padlock.

The oars are to be chained to the seat and locked with the smaller padlock.

I've also renewed the carabiner's at the rear.
