The reason why you aren’t seeing results….

You are not giving it enough TIME!!!

We want results yesterday

Modern society unfortunately

We keep it real on our tribe programme

No quick fixes no lies

If you work hard and put effort in….AND give it a LOT of time….

Results will follow!

If you chop and change and drift among…then they won’t!

It’s your choice!

Don’t write off your summer!

Holidays, festivals, day trips…it’s a busy time of year!

But don’t forget about you…

Maybe your usual structure and routine have gone to s**t at the moment…that’s okay!

But that doesn’t mean you can’t keep yourself active.

Get out walking more

Or

Focus on your nutrition

There’s always something you can do until you get back into your usual pattern

Just don’t throw in the towel and write off 6 weeks!

12/07/2026

Over the last 8 week block we have had TREMENDOUS effort and LOTS of big lifts/fast rowing times!

Sandy with new gym rowing record of 343 meters in 60 secs!

Too many lads and ladies to mention with new 3 rep p.bs on squats bench deadlifts.

Add in Louise smashing out reps on unassisted chin ups!

But here’s the thing….

Not everyone beat their row challenge time from week 1

Not everyone hit a new 3 rep p.b

And that’s okay!

Because they still showed up and tried.

They still showed up and put effort in.

And that’s all we ask from you when you enter the tribe programme

Just because you didn’t hit a new p.b or beat your old row time that does NOT mean the programme isn’t effective or you are a failure!

Factors come into play…but our programme is for NORMAL every day people

Men and woman who struggle to find time to look after themselves

That’s why we keep our group days and times flexible (especially during the holidays!)

We understand life crops up and kicks you in the ass sometimes!

But what we want is our tribe gym and programme to be your safety net.

Missed a session or got caught up at work…no stress let’s get you into another session this week!

Struggling with your food and want to drop a few lbs…let’s have a chat, discuss a daily eating strategy and do a weekly check in with myself.

Well done to all the Tribe crew for the last 8 weeks. Super proud of the effort and hard work.

Now onto the 5 week summer block starting next week!

Time to keep getting healthier, happier, fitter + stronger!

Too busy to get healthy???

If you keep making that excuse then you better be prepared for what the future will look like…

Sunday Inshes steps run crew

Yesterday was hot and muggy.

Terrible conditions for running fast!

But guess what???

We got it done.

If I’m brutally honest I wouldn’t have done it if I wasn’t meeting this group!

I wasn’t feeling it….but guess what???

We don’t do things based on emotions!

I arranged to meet the crew at 9am

So that’s exactly what happened

45 minutes later and job done

Step run and sprints complete.

Thank you troops for keeping me accountable also.

Works both ways!

Coach and clients encouraging each other along

Weekends are USUALLY the struggle for people!

Over and over again it’s the same thing….

“I’m fine through the week but the weekends I struggle”

Best bit of advice???

Stick to the same daily structure 7 days a week!

It works well, it will get you results, it will help you progress.

And guess what???

It’s okay to exercise over the weekend

It’s okay to get your steps in over the weekend

It’s okay to eat sensibly over the weekend

Just because it’s the weekend doesn’t mean you have to hit the f**k it button EVERY weekend!

It’s ROASTING!!!

Last 2 days the weather has been BEAUTIFUL!

Hasn’t stopped our tribe crew!

Week 7 of our 8 week block.

Full sessions last night.

Everyone working hard

Pushing the numbers on their big lifts

1 hour of the day focusing on them.

As we say throughout our 8 week programme

Consistency is key

Summer block starts 13th July.

Maybe it’s time for change….

Here we have the AMAZING Marisa!

One of our Tribe loyals who is exactly the type of person you want to have within a group training set up…

Always chatting and making EVERYONE feel welcome.

Here’s a few words from the lady herself…

“Before Tribe, I spent about a year and a half doing home workouts, following Joe Wicks. My goal was to lose my post-baby weight, become a bit healthier, and build some strength.

I have three children and, yes, always chasing after them, I felt pretty rubbish about myself! I couldn’t run very far and certainly could not lift heavy weights.

So my journey began at 73kg after my last baby, and I managed to lose 11kg to get to a weight I felt comfortable with. I did my daily home HIIT workouts with my 8kg dumbbells.

Then I found out my dad had terminal cancer. Life moved fast, and we lost him a year later.

Last February, when he passed away, I really lost myself and my fitness get-up-and-go.

In March, I saw a post of Kevin’s and it resonated with me. I felt that I had to try to get some control back and find my motivation again.

I reached out to Tribe, got booked in, and began my once-weekly sessions along with whatever I felt like doing at home.

I wanted to lift heavier and have correct form. Over the year, I feel I’ve done really well and feel so much stronger and, with guidance, have been able to achieve this without injury or problems.

The daily step checks and nutritional guidance have been great too, helping to keep you motivated and making sure I am managing to achieve my goals!

Then there was mention of the Inshes Steps. I could not run, by the way!

However, I gave it a go, and now it’s my Sunday go-to, along with Ashley’s cardio class. Both are absolutely fantastic!

I absolutely love it as much as I love Tribe, which I now go to twice a week.

It’s been just over a year since I joined Tribe. I can lift a decent amount (deadlift 95kg, bench 40kg, squat 55kg), I can run 10km, and I can do a decent sprint. I feel healthy and fit!

I feel completely at ease going to the classes. It literally feels like an extension of family (I’m probably the mad one 😆)!

Everyone I have met has their own goals, just like me. I feel we are all so supportive and encourage each other.

We plan hikes and runs, and the best thing is that nobody minds if you have to take your kids along!

If I do not go, I do not feel right. Not only has it helped me physically, but also mentally. It’s something I do for myself — to stay fit, strong as I get older, and sane!

I’ve also roped my other half into Tribe and Steps, and he feels just the same. We have especially felt that, as we are in our forties, this is something that can only benefit us. It’s an absolute bonus that we have met so many amazing and inspirational people throughout the last year, all on their own journeys.”
