Inverness Golf Club Ladies Section

Saturday was certainly the day after the thunderstorms of night before..umbrellas, soggy shoes, rain jackets and towels at the ready. In spite of that just look at the smiles! Thank you everyone who played in such conditions. Thank you also to all those who came to the dinner and prizes giving in the evening, donated raffle prizes and made the event such a success.
The whole day was a fundraising event for SUNFLOWER HOME CARE which is a new service provided by HIGHLAND HOSPICE. So far over £400 has been raised with more promised. A big thank you to the green keeping staff who miraculously made most of the puddles disappear and to Peter, Sarah and the catering staff for the lovely meal in the evening.
