Construction Site Safety Supervisors Course for APG Civils, Calforth Construction and Strathmore Fencing, Congratulations to all the candidates who successfully completed the two day course and we wish them well on the next step of their careers. This course is mapped and approved by CITB.

CAT and Genny on site training and testing followed by a wee bit of small lifting accessory inspections for Calforth Construction in Aberdeen.

Abrasive wheels and safe use of Sthil saw training followed by a wee bit of Face Fit Testing for WM Donald. Inspection and mounting are one part of this but equally important is being able to operate the saw. A Properly fitted mask is also a important control measure against construction dust.

Slinger Signaller 2 day novice course for WM Donald. Its not all about the lift, pre-use checks, Examination cert inspection, pre start discussions on signals are all vitally important to an all round safe system of work. Well done to all 3 operatives on 2 days of hard work which resulted in 3 passes.

Just completed a week at St Andrews University Bio mass carrying out Industrial Telescopic Handler training and testing, mixed bag of weather but full credit to the candidates for a great effort. Once again appreciate the welcome that we always get from them.

I Day HSE course(part of CSCS requirement)for the latest group of apprentices to join WM Donald) great effort by all candidates and always nice to seen WM Donald preparing their workers for their new career in construction.

Telescopic Handler testing for Acreo in Keith, Pre starts checks are essential for safe operation of plant but don't forget to look at the loads prior to lifting. This is just as important to ensure a safe stable load during lifting.
