It’s January and many of you are ramping up the pace from your festive period. Its important to take care of your body if you expect it to respond and not end up injured and back on the sofa!
My best advice is book a massage as soon as you feel a ‘niggle’ or an ‘ache’ or a ‘twinge’, listen to your body it will keep you right.

Prescribe exercise and acupuncture instead of painkillers, doctors told
Great news this morning.
Being a sports/remedial qualified therapist I am officially allowed to return to work as of next week.
I know many of you are ready to come and see me for your well overdue treatments, rest assured all required safety precautions will be in place to ensure our well being.
Please don’t forget to bring a mask with you, and as they are mandatory in all enclosed spaces from next week I will presume you already have one. I would also ask if you have been feeling at all unwell that you wait to book in for your treatment.
