I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga with 15 years teaching experience. The level and style taught is accessible for all abilities and relevant to those with busy or competitive lives. The aim is to gradually build strength, flexibility and to relax. I teach Yoga to youngsters through Aberdeenshire's Active Schools in the Inverurie & Meldrum schools network and to Colony Park U16 Girls FC. And I'm a Tutor on Yoga’s Scotland Foundation Course for those seeking to deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga philosophy, and to aspiring Yoga teachers taking their first step towards a teaching qualification. What is Barre? : Barre is dance based exercise to music using a chair as a dance bar with light weights. You’ll love it! We move on the beat of really great tunes and evolving playlists. Strong but low impact and great fun. No experience required.

Other class times? : Yes in Inverurie but they’re very busy and often booked out.

Delighted to announce I’ll be teaching the Yoga bit at a special Yoga & Soundbath event in Insch, Aberdeenshire at the fantastic Bennachie Leisure Centre on Fri evening 31 July 7 pm start.

Please bring a blanket and yoga mat 🌟
Get settled for some gorgeous feeling yoga followed by a deeply relaxing soundbath. No experience needed ✨
