We've been running classes since September 2007 and we've already helped hundreds of members to get fitter and live a healthier lifestyle through our exercise & nutritional advice. We've just uploaded the first video of a Kettlebell HIIT Course (recorded in 2023) to our new MoveWithKayTV YouTube channel. It's scheduled to go live on Monday 5th January 2026 at 9am. Make sure you Subscribe (free) to the channel and click the bell so you'll be notified when it goes live.

ONLINE VIDEO UPDATE
To allow you to get access to our online 'Kay at Home' videos we've created a new YouTube channel called MoveWithKayTV (link below). We've already uploaded about a dozen videos and will continue to gradually upload the large number of videos that we've created since 2020 🎥 Note: These videos will have the long intro edited out so you can go straight into the exercise ✂️
This new YouTube channel is a 'Public' channel and is open to everyone 😊
Make sure to Subscribe to the new YouTube channel so you'll be notified as and when new videos are uploaded 👍

Today was our very last class 🥲 Today we got to say goodbye to so many of our wonderful members that have become good friends over the last 18 years. Thank you all for being part of our fitness journey 🥰
