One gel, two jobs. The natural evolution of energy gels. ⚡️🌱

Most energy gels only give you carbs. The Beet It Sport Nitrate Energy Gel gives you 30g of natural carbohydrate to fuel the effort, plus 100mg of dietary nitrate to help top up your nitric oxide levels as you go. 💪

Quick note on the nitrate, because we know you know your numbers. The gel is not meant to be your full nitrate dose on its own. The proven approach is still the same: load and prime with the shots at the usual optimal dose (around 400mg), then use the gels to "top up" that nitrate during the effort, one or two an hour, exactly like you'd use any other carb gel. The difference is that with these you also get 100mg of natural nitrate every time, not just sugar.

Nitrate availability tapers over a long session, so topping up during exercise, not just before it, helps keep the benefit working deeper into the race (Tan et al., 2018).

Just four natural ingredients: brown rice syrup, agave syrup, beetroot juice, lemon juice. Informed Sport certified.

Shots to load. Gels to top up. Fuel and nitrate in one.

Beetroot, bringing it home? Maybe! 🫜

What we do know is that hundreds of elite athletes use Nitrate 400 to help improve oxygen efficiency - something that can be super important at altitude. 🫡

A news piece this week looked at how England were managing the altitude in Mexico City - thinner air, less oxygen, blood working harder than usual just to keep up. Nitrate from beetroot was flagged as one of the things that can help with that: it supports blood flow, so oxygen gets where it's needed a little more easily. 😍

Order yours today at beet-it.com ❤️

"Approaching London I was looking for ways I could find some extra performance gains on race day, and nitrate was by far the most researched supplement that I wasn’t using. It gives me that extra 1% when you really need it" 💪

Charlie Davis did not run 2:14 at the London Marathon because of one perfect session.

That result came from years of steady work: learning the sport, building the miles, recovering properly, and getting enough good days stacked together over time.

Charlie talks about this and lots more in our latest blog - check it out here:
