Happy Easter Everyone. It’s been lovely to get out in the garden this weekend, looking even warmer for the next few days
We are shut next week until Friday 10th April when we open for normal classes.

Every Friday afternoon we have our the resident physio for one to one sessions to deal with injuries and conditions that need a bit more attention

Traffic nightmare in and around Ipswich today. If you have a class at the studio today try to leave more time to get here. Don’t worry about arriving late, we will do all we can to get you into a class.

Pilates for beginners and returners with Penny
Sunday 22nd February 1045-1215
Pilates Studio at the Suffolk Food Hall, £25
This 90 minute session will help you to develop and understand the principles of Pilates. You’ll be guided through to the essential techniques of breathing, concentration, centring, control, precision and flow.
Penny has more than twenty years experience of teaching Pilates as well as more than 25 years as a student. As long as you can get down onto the floor and up again reasonably easily you need no other knowledge of the techniques of Pilates. Penny will guide you though the basics.
From neutral spine to core control and breathing from your diaphragm, Penny can set you on the journey to understanding how Pilates can improve your everyday life. This could be easing a sore back from carrying toddlers, or have a better golf swing or just not always struggling with shoulder and neck aches.
Pilates is about feeling how your body works and making choices that suit your lifestyle so you can live life as you want to with fewer restrictions. Learn the right way from a teacher who can adapt exercises to suit your body in a small class with plenty of individual attention.
Set in a beautiful medieval barn our dedicated Pilates studio is tucked away behind the main Suffolk Food Hall with ample parking and access to the cafe, restaurant and shopping on site. All equipment is provided.
