Please remember to bring your GYM TOWEL when your training, If you repeatedly forget to bring it you will NOT be able to train.
Towels can be purchased for £2 at the desk or splash out and buy one with the Bodytalk logo for £4

Only 15 minutes long!!

Abs Class Saturday 10:30am come and work your core for the Summer. Duration 15 minutes all levels welcome.

Just a little notice for BodyTalk Gym users.
The Spin Bikes in the gym are required for classes on:

Mondays 5:30pm
Tuesday 12:05pm
Thursday 5:30pm
Friday 12:05pm

They will be need to be vacant 10 minutes before each class.
