Starting: 71kg Bodyweight- 29% Bodyfat

14 months of weight training and conditioning work. Created new habits around nutrition, training and sleep. Set goals, smashed them.

Current: 66kg Bodyweight - 21% Bodyfat

It’s been my pleasure to have worked with Charlie and we will continue to build. This is about creating routines and sticking to them, no quick fixes, no shortcuts. Hard work pays off. @ Grange Fitness performance centre

Starting weight: 108kg
1 year ago exactly. Began weight training and conditioning. Worked on habits especially with sleep, diet and drinking.
Current weight: 83kg

So privileged to train with this guy, absolute no replacement for commitment. You just can’t cheat it 💪🤷‍♀️

Last weekend competing for the first time as a pair. Honestly love these events where you push yourself to the limit because of the atmosphere! We’ll be back fitter and stronger next time for more antics 😜🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♂️
