No class on Monday due to the Bank Holiday, back to normal on 5th June 😀

Wow, what a good session last night. Hope you are all feeling sore (in a good way)!!! I think we will focus on bums and thighs next week 😀

Just designed tomorrows class. Mainly deep muscle work, although we do have a couple of moves for your inner ballerina!!! See you all tomorrow at 19.00 :)

Going to be fun tonight. Following requests I have designed another kick-boxing style class. We are going to work out the days frustrations and tone up at the same time...multi-tasking..love it!!! 😀
