Last night our junior squad were joined by HSG Coaching Royalty, Colin.

After 6 years away from regular coaching, Colin dusted off his uniform and stepped back into the gym to help with the squad session. With roughly 50 years of experience, Colin has a huge amount of knowledge to pass down to our gymnasts.

The girls really enjoyed the session and Coach Colin did too! Maybe we can make it a regular thing😜…..

Thank you Colin⭐️💜
