Wishing our squad gymnasts the best of luck tomorrow as they compete in the Rising Stars Competition at Waveney Gymnastics Club.

This is the first time we have entered this competition and we have lots of gymnasts competing for the first time too! We can’t wait to see you shine💫🤍

IMPORTANT: Over the weekend, we have repainted reception, toilets and coffee shop. We have also added new tables & chairs (which is a huge outlay, for a non for profit club). We obviously want them to last! Therefore, we please request that the facility is treated with respect upon your visit.
We kindly ask:
* Feet should remain on the floor, not on the walls or chairs (shoes on chairs ripped the cushions on the old chairs).
* Please ensure that all 4 legs of the chairs, remain on the floor to avoid personal injury or damage to the chairs.
* Colouring in and playing with toys etc should remain within the designated play area.
* Tables & chairs are provided for those purchasing from the coffee shop only.
* No external food & drink permitted (due to allergy control).

Please advise / supervise younger siblings.

Our 2026 Photo Competition is HERE, and this years exciting theme is “REFLECTION”

We’d love to see how you interpret this in your photography — whether that’s a literal reflection in mirrors, windows or water, or a more creative and personal reflection on gymnastics itself.

Your photo could capture:
• a gymnast reflected in a mirror or floor 🪞
• a moment of focus, thought or emotion before/after a routine 💭
• the idea of growth, progress and looking back on a journey 📈
• symmetry, light, or shaddows 💡

There’s no single right way to interpret the theme — we want to see your creativity, storytelling and unique perspective through the lens. Be creative and capture your best gymnastics pose 🤸🏻‍♀️📸✨

With the high temperatures continuing to be forecasted over the next few days, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our gymnasts and staff.

All sessions are continuing to run but will be heavily monitored. Sessions are running at a lower intensity with increased rest breaks and gymnasts have constant access to their water bottles.

We understand that some children struggle more than others with the heat, so there is no expectation for you to attend if you feel the conditions are too hot!

We have multiple doors open and fans running in the gym to keep it as cool as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation and advise members via email of any updates.

Your gymansts safety and wellbeing is our priority🤍

Fee’s for the Autumn Term are due now. Pay before the deadline date to secure your gymnasts space. All members have received an email with further details🤸🏻‍♀️
