Nestled within the pure authentic beauty & charm of Puglia, Italy. Situated by the crystal clear water of the Ionian sea, 🌊 & natural salt lake, home to wild flamingos. Surrounded by olive groves & vineyards famous for Primitivo wine. 🍷 🫒

This retreat is holding a very special place in our hearts 💚 as our host Sofias father is from Puglia. 🇮🇹
For many years we have been searching for a special place to host a retreat here, & we have finally found it.

Aerial Flight Workshop 🤸🏻‍♂️

When: 6th December 2025

Time: ⏰ 12.45-3.15pm

Develop & explore your Aerial Yoga practise in this relaxed playful workshop. Learn to flow fluidly through sequences as you transition from one pose to another. You’ll have an opportunity to try a variety of poses & inversions, as we break them down step by step. You will wind down by relaxing in the hammocks. There will be a refreshment at the end complimentary of CafeFlex.(Recommended to have attended a few Aerial Yoga classes before attending).

Workshops give you an opportunity to explore your Aerial practises a little further… 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️🙏

Yin, Yang Yoga & Cake 🍰🧘‍♀️☕️
Autumn Session 🍂 🍁

A wonderful combination of flowing energising Yang postures and deep stretch release Yin Yoga. 🧘‍♀️

Following the class, we’ll head to the cafe for a complimentary cuppa and cake. We will share stories and ask Sofia any Yoga questions that are on your mind. Satsung is the Sanskrit name for a yoga get together & chat. 🍰 ☕️ 💬

Karma Retreat Punat, Kirk Island, Croatia 🇭🇷 you were truly amazing 🩵 🤩 ‘June 2025’ From the stunning nature surrounding us, as we hiked up the mountains ⛰️ , the sunshine glistening down as we swam & kayaked in the sea 🌊 The calming grounding of the ancient ruins within the retreat centre as we meditated 🧘‍♂️ & the uplifting freeing feeling dancing with our eyes closed in the olives groves. 🍃 ..we are truly grateful 🙏 🤗 (& that was only a small part of what we did) It brought us so much joy to hear the laughter & fun as wonderful new connections & old ones reunited from past retreats together 😅🥰 With that said, our retreats also give the opportunity to take time for yourself alone if needed. Being alone is not the same as being lonely. Time alone can initiate healing ❤️‍🩹restoring within ourselves, and help to reflect & refocus on what’s important. We thank all our guests for putting their trust in us, guiding them through this wonderful summer retreat together.
