🎃👻 HALLOWEEN FUN AT JASD! 👻🎃

📅 Saturday 31st October

For the first time, our Saturday classes fall on Halloween itself! 🕷️🦇

So we’re inviting our Saturday dancers to get into the spooky spirit and wear something Halloween themed to their usual classes if they’d like! 🧙‍♀️🎃

Whether it’s a spooky outfit, Halloween accessories, face paints or just a touch of orange and black – we’d love to see your creations!

🧡 Completely optional! All classes will run as normal, so please make sure anything worn is comfortable and suitable for dancing.

No tricks, just a little Halloween fun at JASD! 👻💃

🌈🤪 IT’S CRAZY HAIR WEEK AT JASD! 🤪🌈

📅 Monday 19th – Thursday 22nd October

Time to get creative and let your hair go WILD! 🎉

We’re inviting all our dancers to come along to their usual classes sporting their craziest, wackiest and most colourful hairstyles! 💜💚💙

Think funky buns, colourful braids, crazy accessories or something completely out of the ordinary!

We absolutely loved seeing everyone’s amazing creations last year and can’t wait to see what you come up with this time! 😍

Participation is completely optional – just a bit of fun!

Wishing Senior student Ben all the best as he continues his training in September at Tring Park School after successfully auditioning for a place on their Level 3 Diploma in Performing Arts Course earlier this year which he’ll study alongside his A-levels! Over the last few years Ben has participated in several different classes at JASD as well as representing us successfully in numerous dance comps! Congrats Ben and enjoy this next step of your journey! 👏🏻

As we approach the beginning of a new term at JASD, it’s time to say farewell and wish good luck to some of our students moving onto new adventures in September! Senior dancer Katie, one of our longest standing JASD dancers took a year out following her A-levels to work & travel, which was fantastic for us as it meant we had her for one last show! 🙌🏻But after successfully auditioning for DANCEBOX STUDIOS & THEATRE WORKS, Katie has now accepted her place and will continue her training on their Professional Dance and Musical Theatre BA Hons course! Congratulations Katie! We will miss you loads but wish you every success for the future! Go and enjoy this next chapter! ⭐️

Found this little video from July 2020! JASD set a challenge to recreate birthday moments to make a music video to “It’s my birthday” using our online street routine we learnt during our online lockdown classes. It’s so funny seeing how little you all were, recognise any of our senior students???? Awwww 😊
