New players are always welcome!!! Whether you are looking for a new team to play for, want to dust off your old stick and return to the sport, or are interested in trying the game for the very first time, we cater for all levels of experience and ability. Training is every Tuesday, 19:00-20:00 at Gainsborough Sports Centre, Ipswich during the season alongside Castaways Ladies Hockey Club. Match day is on a Saturday. 1.30 meet, 2pm pushback at Gainsborough Sports Centre.
