It's never too late to learn karate. Many people start training at various stages of life, and there are many benefits to doing so regardless of age. Karate improves physical fitness, strength, flexibility confidence and focus to name a few. At Ipswich Shotokan Karate Club we welcome students of all ages to come and learn traditional Shotokan Karate in a friendly and positive environment.
