🌿🏆 STONE LODGE BOWLS TOURNAMENT 2026 🏆🌿

What an absolutely fantastic day we had at Stone Lodge! 💚🎉

The weather was kind to us too — lovely and warm without being too hot, which made for the perfect day of bowls, laughs, food and plenty of fun! ☀️🎯

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and supported our tournament. We had a brilliant turnout and it was so lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves.

We also raised a fantastic amount through our raffle, cakes and barbecue — a huge thank you to everyone who donated, bought tickets, baked, cooked and helped us raise so much. 🧁🌭🎟️

And of course, none of it would have been possible without our amazing helpers behind the scenes. From setting up to clearing away, organising, cooking, serving and everything in between — thank you to every single person who gave up their time to help make the day run so smoothly. We really do appreciate you! 💚

And now for our tournament results… 🏆

🥇 1st Place: Donna & Andy
🥈 2nd Place: Bob & Dennis
🥉 3rd Place: Colin & John
🏅 4th Place: Terry & Chris

A huge well done to all of our winners, and also to everyone who took part. The standard was fantastic and, most importantly, everyone seemed to have a brilliant time! 👏🎯

From all of us at Stone Lodge Bowls Club, thank you once again for making our tournament such a fantastic day. We couldn’t have done it without you! 💚

Here’s to the next one! 🥂🎯💚

🌟 What. A. Weekend. 🌟
Stone Lodge Bowls Club absolutely lit up the County Finals on Sunday — and we’re still buzzing! 🪀💚

💥 Singles Showdown — Three Stone Lodge Stars, One Epic Morning

🩵 Georgina — Under 25s Singles Champion!

Talk about a thriller. Georgie went toe‑to‑toe in a nail‑biting 20–20 finish where nobody knew which way it would go. The tension. The shouting. The heart rates.
But our girl Georgina 🩵 dug deep, found that last spark, and WON — she is now the Suffolk Under 25s Champion and is heading straight to the Nationals.
Absolute stormer of a game. Pure class.

🐶 Donna — Two‑Bowls Singles Queen!

Donna stepped up next and delivered an oak‑solid, gritty, determined performance. She fought for every point, stayed calm under pressure, and came out victorious.
Another national qualifier for Stone Lodge. Another roar from the Lodge corner.

💕 Jo — Four‑Bowls Singles Warrior!

Jo played with heart, fire, and total commitment. She battled all the way through in a brilliant game — just unlucky not to take the win.
But the pride? Massive. The support? Unshakeable. The performance? Outstanding.

🎳 Triples Time — Two Bowls & Three Bowls

🪀 Two‑Bowls Triples — Donna, Jo & Helen

They went out fighting, played brilliantly, and left everything on the green.
Not the win this time — but the teamwork and spirit were unreal.

🪀 Three‑Bowls Triples — Donna, Jo & Helen

And THEN… they found every ounce of strength left in the tank.
They regrouped. They powered up.
They WON — and they’re also heading to the Nationals!
SKEGNESS, HERE WE COME! 🌊🔥

---

💚 The Stone Lodge Corner

Loudest.
Proudest.
Most supportive.
The green shook every time our players rolled a bowl — and that’s exactly how we like it.

---

🏆 And a Huge Shoutout to Area C!

Not only did Stone Lodge shine — Area C brought home the Victor Ludorum Trophy too!
Massive congratulations to everyone involved.

---

💚🔥 What a club. What a weekend. What a team.

Stone Lodge — you were phenomenal.
Nationals, get ready… we’re coming.

🕐 1:30 PM — The trio Donna, Jo & Helen head out for the 2 Bowls Triples — expect precision, power, and plenty of cheering from the sidelines! 💥🙌

🕞 3:45 PM — No rest for the wicked! They’re straight back out for the 3 Bowls Triples — stamina level: legendary! 🏆💚

🎉 STONE LODGE MEN’S & MIXED AREA SEMIFINALS BUILD‑UP! 💚
The greens are heating up and the Lodge spirit is stronger than ever! So many of our players are powering through their competitions — let’s give them all a massive Woop Woop! 🙌

---

🏆 Two‑Wood Singles

Colin is rolling his way into the semifinals — calm, focused, and ready for another big performance. 💚

👑 Champion of Champions

Michael Rice — quick bowler, quick thinker, sharp as anything, and always ready to unleash that fire‑shot. You never quite know what he’s about to play… but it’s always exciting, always bold, and always pure Stone Lodge energy. 💥

🎯 Secretary Singles

Andy Noble — cool, composed, smooth on the green.
He’ll say “yard short” or “yard heavy,”
Though the bowl’s nowhere near — he’s just being clever and cheery!
Either way, we know Andy will be bang on form come match day.💚

💫 Senior Mixed Pairs

Bob and Sonia are pairing up for the semifinals — teamwork, precision, and plenty of Lodge spirit. 💚

🎳 Two‑Wood & Three‑Wood Triples

Colin, Scott, and Bob — a brilliant trio always working hard together, reading the green, keeping the rhythm, and rolling with confidence. We look forward to seeing their results — strong teamwork, strong bowls, and strong Lodge pride! 💚🔥

---

👭 Mixed Pairs, Pairs & Mixed Triples

Good luck to all those still rolling through their rounds! We don’t have results yet, and we’re waiting to see who makes it into the semifinals — fingers crossed for all of you. Hopefully we’ll see every one of you in the semifinals and finals. Keep that focus, keep that fire, and keep the Lodge spirit alive! 💚
