Gailes Leisure Member Spotlight: Neill 🏋️

Neill joined Gailes Leisure in January, and we’ve loved seeing his progress ever since! 💪

From strength training and group classes to personal training, Neill has embraced everything we have to offer, with a real focus on improving his technique, building strength and continuing to progress.

As Neill puts it:

“It’s been great for developing my overall strength and fitness in an environment where all the staff and instructors are so genuine and friendly.”

We’re delighted that Neill values not only the facilities and classes, but also the support and encouragement from our team. ⭐

And despite those early starts, he’s now often finding himself visiting twice a day! 🙌

Annual Marymass Festival 10k – Taking place tomorrow, Wednesday 19th August 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Please be aware that access to Marine Drive will be restricted from the Three Stanes Roundabout from 7.15pm–8.15pm during the race tomorrow.

🚗 Visiting The Gailes - Traffic will be diverted via Portland Roundabout, entering Marine Drive from the opposite direction.

🚙 Leaving The Gailes - Please turn left onto Marine Drive during this time.

Scott is a breath of fresh air, always planning new classes and no two sessions are ever the same. With a fun and motivating approach to classes, he creates an environment that keeps our members challenged, inspired and coming back for more.

Not only is Scott fantastic with our members (we’re sure many of you will agree!), but he is constantly working on his own self development and qualifications.

He has recently enhanced his popular Stretch & Recovery class by introducing breathing control techniques, extending the session from 30 to 45 minutes to provide even greater benefits.

Scott is highly regarded by both members and colleagues alike, and his passion and dedication make him a truly valued member of the team👏
