A private independent gym with strength equipment, cardio, functional training and boxing — without the overcrowded commercial-gym feel 🤙🏼🔥

We're deliberately building a community, not a cattle market — and that means keeping the right atmosphere as we grow.

We're not trying to be the biggest gym in the world, and we're not trying to be the gym for absolutely everyone either.

We want members who respect the gym, respect the equipment and respect the people training around them. No egos, no nonsense — just a good group of people who want to train. 🤝
