When it comes to training outside in the winter time. It’s going to get cold. It’s going to get wet. Which means your going to need to wrap up and wrap up in layers. Weren’t the best at the hills but did good in the water :)

Great effort today. Extreme wind and crazy rain absolutly freezing but you can you put the effort in and you left cold and wet but it was worth it 💪
