Myself and a few clients are doing the Great North Run this and are hoping to raise some money for the Children's Heart Unit Fund.

This charity has a place close to our hearts as one of my amazing clients Paul lost his grandson Charlie unexpectedly a few years ago to a heart condition. If anyone has ever met Paul they'll know he's the heart and soul of the gym, always upbeat and trying to put a smile on people's faces!

Any donations would go to an amzing cause and are massively appreciated!

It frightening how fast and powerful he moves at over 100kg. Would not want him running towards me on the rugby pitch! Another session tomorrow then off for another game for Newcastle redbulls rugby academy 💪.

A massive well done to Gary Waters.

Gary has lost an incredible 13.9kg, dropping from 101.1kg to 86.8kg.

But this isn’t just about weight loss.

He’s built a serious amount of muscle, transformed his physique and done it all while coming back from a serious injury through our Live Strong programme.

Nothing about this was easy. It took consistency, patience and turning up even when he didn’t feel like it. Week after week he trusted the process, put the work in and let the results take care of themselves.

That’s what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start building real habits.

Proud of you, Gary. You’ve earned every bit of this.

Now let’s keep building. 💪
