Just a little post regarding cancellations

As a small business with limited spaces available, cancellations at short notice have a big impact, especially when other clients may have been turned away due to being fully booked.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your dogs walking slot it will be charged at the full fee.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and I will always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible where I can. However, these policies help protect the stability of the business and the spaces reserved specifically for your dogs 💎🐕

Anyone who will be off for summer due to work ie. Teachers . Please discuss with me individually about a retainer to keep your slot as I can not promise that your space will still be available when you wish to come back.
