X1 Sessions a week.
Weekly weigh in.
For 80 pounds per month.

Calling All Yummy Mummy's!!

I specialise In making you feel like you again. I have made home work out plans which are aimed to target your real life.

These workouts can be done to fit around your life and your children.
Approx 2/3 times a week 20 to 30mins.

I have spent time working with mummies from new born babies to teenagers making a plan which can be adapted to meet each personal need.

Plans are £70 pounds. This is a 8 week home training programme.

This comes with a Calorie Counter to fit you personally!
