Breaking news …….Lottie has got her first professional contract and from September will be dancing with the Ballet Theatre UK Company on tour . The winter tour will be the Snow Queen ……A fabulous well done from all of us at WYDA. ……so proud # # #

Congratulations to lovely Maggie who after two years with CAPA…..has been offered a place at Millenium Performing Arts College in London and an unconditional offer on the Musical Theatre degree at Chichester University…….what a decision . Maggie has decided to accept Chichester and will head off in September. Well done Maggie from all of us at WYDA ….we wish you every success 👏👏👏

Delighted to receive these pictures of Lottie from her recent showcase as she comes towards the end of her third year of professional training at Ballet Theatre Uk ……..It doesn’t seem two minutes since I received a smiling three year old with beautiful feet……Hard work and resilience pays off…..

Spring Ballet Exams 2026 done and dusted……..Thankyou to all our lovely children who tried so hard and to parents for juggling their schedules to fit in extra coaching …..it was definitely worth it . Thankyou to Clare for all the lovely hair …..everyone looked wonderful and we really appreciated you being with us . Thankyou to Tracey and Chris at St Anne’s School who made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth day. Thankyou also to our Headgirl Lillie Rose for doing the music for everyone.Don’t forget some times will change this Saturday.

Love was in the air at dancing today …..a lovely card made by Joni and some fabulous heart themed hair from Freya ……there were Valentines cup cakes from …….but Silva and I ate them🫢😬sorry not sorry .There were also a lot of beating hearts from trying so hard …..good work WYDA lovelies # # #
