This is what one our Silver Swans gets up to when she’s not dancing …….Ruth zip lined off the top of the Cow and Calf Rocks and helped raise £750.00 (so far)for Sue Ryder. Well done Ruth ……Myself and all the Silver Swans are so proud of you…….Life begins at 80 # # , , ,

Silva has had a busy year as Deputy Headgirl and has been able to use her dancing in so many ways……she has completed Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award and used her ballet as her skill and her role of Deputy for the volunteering section . All of this gave the confidence to apply for the role of Junior Ambassador at Hipperholme Grammar ,where she will be a role model for the children in the junior school and will lead some of their activities as well as accompanying them on trips and visits ……apparently her application and references were excellent …..no surprise really . All I can say is that this role is well deserved …..Well done Silva ….. ,

Breaking news …….Lottie has got her first professional contract and from September will be dancing with the Ballet Theatre UK Company on tour . The winter tour will be the Snow Queen ……A fabulous well done from all of us at WYDA. ……so proud # # #
