What a glorious day it was!

Sunday saw our inaugural Latitude walk and we were joined by some incredible people.

Walks and other meet ups will form an important part of our FREE online community.

A place away from the gym setup to support eachother to feel better without having to make fitness a full time job.

Movement, connection and community. A pretty special combination in our book. 😁 We look forward to seeing you at one of our meet ups in the future.🥰

The health and safety officer has been pretty keen this week with his matching shoes.

Tracy celebrated her birthday earlier this week and we would like to acknowledge it.

Happy Belated Birthday to a wonderful person who is an absolute ray of sunshine. 🌞

Due to an administrative error (don't you worry, heads will roll for this), we unfortunately missed Helen's birthday over the weekend.

We hope Helen had a lovely birthday weekend, full of love and laughter.

She is an exceptional person and we love her dearly.
