A dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the nineties to now. After checking in you’ll be given a set of rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to recent dance anthems. I have just heard the sad news that our original “clubby hubby”, who some of you may remember from our Bingley class, has passed away with MND. In memory of his Dad and to raise funds for MND, Harry is running the London Marathon.

Sorry team but I have made the decision to cancel tonight’s class. Having taught a gentler aerobics class this morning and nearly drowning in our own sweat, I just think the hall at Trinity All Saints will finish us off tonight!! Thank you to those who have booked. I will move your bookings to next week unless I hear otherwise from you. Enjoy the ☀️ but don’t get too 🥵 xx

Attention Bingley Clubbers. Unfortunately it seems a lot of people are away for the Easter holidays so there will be NO CLASS tonight (or next Tuesday). We will reopen on Tuesday 18th April and we can’t wait to see YOU!!
