Been a while since we posted !
The gym has been super busy and we have been having a lot of fun.

We had another in house grappling competition to see if anyone would be interested in competing nationally.

The competition went fantastic and a lot of the Children have decided to enter the next local competition.

If you would like to get your child involved, just send a message and will get you started
