🎉🎂 HAPPY 30th Birthday, CAT! 🎂🎉
She came to train… and accidentally unlocked a new decade 💪😂
30 years young, lifting heavier, moving better, and still pretending split squats are “fine.”
At DGB Coaching, we don’t just celebrate PBs — we celebrate birthdays too 🎉💥
And Cat, yours definitely deserves the hype.
So proud of everything you’ve achieved — the strength gains, the consistency, the sweat, the questionable facial expressions mid-set, and the fact you still show up even when upper body day exists 😈🔥
Your 20s was for learning.
Your 30s are for PRs, confidence, and being the strong woman everyone secretly wants to be 💥
Here’s to another year of smashing goals, complaining about warm-ups, earning post-workout snacks, and proving that 30 is just 20… with better boundaries and stronger glutes 🍑💪
Let’s make this your strongest decade yet 🥂

I used to lift heavy… now I’m training for a half marathon that scares me. 💪🏃♂️
I spent years lifting heavy weights.
Chasing numbers.
Feeling comfortable in the gym.
Knowing exactly what I was good at.
Then I stopped chasing comfort.
Now I’m training for the **Manchester Half Marathon** —
something completely outside my lane,
outside my routine,
and honestly… outside my confidence zone.
Running doesn’t give you the same certainty.
There’s no PB on the bar.
No quick wins.
Just patience, humility, and consistency.
Strength training hasn’t disappeared — it’s evolved.
I lift now to:
• stay injury-free
• support the miles
• move better, not just heavier
• build a body that lasts
This isn’t about giving up lifting.
It’s about doing something hard,
something unfamiliar,
something that challenges who I think I am.
If you’re in your 30s or 40s and feeling stuck in what you’re “good at”…
maybe the next win isn’t more of the same.
Maybe it’s trying something that scares you.
Former heavy lifter.
New runner.
Manchester Half 2026.
Out of my comfort zone — exactly where I need to be.
👇 Save this if you’re thinking about switching things up
💬 Comment “COMFORT ZONE” if you’ve felt this shift too
➡️ Follow the journey — no shortcuts, just honest progress

I used DMoose lifting hooks for heavy deadlifts 🏋️♂️…
…and now they’re helping me run stronger 🏃♂️💨✨
Grip used to fail before my legs 🙌❌
These hooks fixed that ✅💪
Now my posterior chain is stronger 🔥
My runs feel smoother 🏞️
And injuries? Way fewer ⚡🛡️
From heavy pulls to longer miles… these hooks have been part of my journey every step of the way 🚀💯
