From reformer to rifles 🎯✨

Our CG Reformer girls swapped Pilates for clay pigeon shooting today and wow, what a day 🔥

Some had never even picked up a gun before — now they’re already talking about taking it up properly 👀💥

We split into two teams (because a little competition is essential 😉), brought the energy, the laughs, and finished with a full-on shootout to crown the winners 🏆
Sunshine, amazing instructors, loads of cheering, and plenty of “DID YOU SEE THAT?!” moments ☀️😂

Safe to say… we’ve unlocked a new obsession 💁‍♀️🎯

Lately I’ve been reflecting on how much continuing education shapes me… not just as a Reformer teacher, but as a mover and a human. ✨

Every time I take a new course or workshop, I’m reminded how much there is still to learn. New techniques, new ways of cueing, new ways of seeing the body. It keeps me inspired and challenges me to show up differently for my clients. 💫

The beauty of Pilates is that it never stops evolving and neither do we. The more I invest in my growth, the more depth and intention I can bring to every session.
Here’s to being a forever student — curious, open, and always reforming. 🤍
