BACK TO SCHOOL = BACK TO ROUTINE….. OR FINDING A NEW ONE💪🏼
Summer holidays are nearly done, the kids are heading back to school and for a lot of us it’s time to get some sort of routine back 😂
So next week we’re opening up ALL KDF classes Wednesday-Friday completely FREE for anyone who fancies giving us a go.
No commitment, no pressure. Just come in, try a session and see what we’re all about.
And if you’ve been thinking about stepping things up a bit more, we’ll also have a Back to School SGPT offer running for anyone wanting more structure, accountability and coaching.

Yesterday was another huge milestone for KD Fit.
Back in 2023, Kelso provost, Gavin Horsburgh officially opened our very first gym. Yesterday, he joined us once again to officially open our new, bigger facility during Fitathon 2026.
Looking back, it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come in just a few years. From starting out with a vision in a car park to our first home and now standing in a bigger home surrounded by an incredible community, it’s something I’ll never take for granted.
A massive thank you to Gavin for being part of both of these special moments, and to every single member, coach, friend and family member who’s supported KD Fit along the way. This gym wouldn’t be what it is without you!
