Men's sauna now working again 😊

Sadly the men's sauna is out of action just now 😔

Please allow extra time for arriving.

We do weekly (£20) and fortnightly (£30) passes for the gym if any of your Easter guests are looking for somewhere to train?

Due to the ever growing costs of running a business we are having to make some cutbacks at Abbey Fitness 😔
To play music in the gym we have to pay a licence, in an effort to save money Stuart asked if I'd bring in some records to play instead.

A blast from the past ☺️

Who remembers the reception when it looked like this?
Back in December 1997 when we 1st opened in unit 7 the front door, which is now the fire escape at the bottom of the stairs, came into this reception which was on the right (now where the 2 leg press and chest press machines are)😊
Yes we did sell Mars Bars out the fridge 😂
A few years later we took on unit 6 and the rest is history 🙂
