Unfortunetly, this week, circumstances outside of our control changed very suddenly, and we're closing our doors @ The Hub.

We explored every possible option to keep going, but after last-minute changes by those who we relied on, the opportunity to continue was taken away from us, making it impossible to operate.

We are deeply sorry for the disruption and disappointment this causes. This situation, and the way it has ended, will not take over the memories and friends we've made along the way. Since opening on September 1st, this journey has been a whirlwind. What we built (even briefly) was real. The community, friendships and support we experienced meant more to us than we can put into words.
Thank you to everyone who supported us, showed up, and believed in what we were building.

Standing in the space now and seeing an empty room has been a powerful reminder of just how much we poured into this place in such a short three months. It has been an emotional few days to say the least.

We're not sure what the future looks like right now but we'll be keeping our eyes peeled for other venues.

And lastly, we truly hope everyone’s new year, new me gym goals are a huge success

Last week, the girls came in fired up. Powerful punches, big smiles, unstoppable energy! They supported each other, tried new drills, and showed everyone just how fierce young girls can be. 💥🔥

Our kids and teens kickboxing classes are all about building more than just fitness, we’re helping young people develop focus, self-belief, and resilience that lasts a lifetime.

In every session, they’ll:
💥 Learn real kickboxing skills safely and with proper technique
💥 Build strength, coordination, and agility
💥 Grow in confidence and discipline
💥 Develop respect for themselves and others
💥 Burn off energy and have a blast doing it!

We’ve officially moved into our BRAND NEW SPOT! Over KHB Fitness with their new unit on Docray Hall Trading Estate! And will be offering Kids, Teens & Adults classes every day from Monday - Thursday! 🥳

Exciting Opportunity! 🎉

Would anyone be up for bringing our end-of-the-month sparring and padwork night forward and doing it this Monday at 8 or 8:15pm, in addition to the outdoor class already planned KHB Fitness

The reason for the short notice is… we’ve just had the go-ahead to take over the Good 220 building as our own little gym space/venue! 🙌 I need to give the owner an answer by Monday, and I thought this would be an ideal way to test it out and see if it’s going to work for you guys and for the club to run sessions from.

Let me know if you’re up for coming along and helping me give it a proper trial run!

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m still feeling it today — sore legs, sore everything… but honestly, so worth it!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for everyone’s support during our 50 Rounds Fundraisr Challenge on Thursday! Genuinely so blown away by everyone’s effort, energy, and support. You lot were absolute legends.

We’ve already raised an awesome £417.30, most of that from the fundraiser day itself — which puts us well on the way to covering some extra mats, and maybe even a few new gloves for the club! 👏🥊

There’s still a few bits left to come:
🎟️Raffle draw at the end of the month
🎂A few more equipment and traybake sales in our classes next week and our Outfoor Cinema Event coming soon! 😁

I’ll be doing a photo dump and trying to put together a reel over the weekend, so if you’ve got any pics or clips, send them my way — it’ll help give that final total one more boost!
