Pointe work is an exciting milestone in a dancer’s journey 🩰

At HIDA, we are incredibly passionate about ensuring students progress onto pointe safely and responsibly. Readiness is carefully assessed through a combination of factors including age, physical development, strength, technique, alignment and control.

Every dancer develops differently, which means there is never a “one size fits all” timeline when it comes to pointe work.
