The Inner Bitch was strong today
Since having my cold dip I’ve gone 7/7
I had originally said Ild aim for 3 dips a week because I didn’t want to set myself up to fail but that’s a bitch move I needed to challenge myself so I’ve gone everyday!
This morning however as soon as my alarm went off I heard the rain outside (it’s been a while) and the bitch started making plans to do it later thinking of what PTs I’ve got today and is it a training day or any excuse to not get in!
It’s easy to do something when you’re up for it but another thing entirely when you cannot be bothered
So I told that inner bitch not today and I sat in the ice bath in the rain longer than normal
I shut that bitch up and I’m feeling good
Do something hard everyday you will thank yourself for it I promise you
