You’ve probably heard both of them already.
I’m talking about the two voices that live in our heads.
We’ve got the ambitious, productive doer — the positive talker.
On the other side, we’ve got what I call the Bitch.
She’s negative, she bad-talks you, she’s lazy, she loves staying comfortable. She doesn’t like change and hates doing hard things.
The one you hear the most is the one you feed.
If you let the bitch talk too much, she’ll get louder and louder.
But the same way your actions can affect this — if you keep showing up and pushing yourself in the gym even when you’re tired or can’t be bothered, the bitch will take a back seat. You’ll start hearing the positive voice more, and you’ll become more productive.
Don’t let the inner bitch dictate your life. Be the winner. When you hear her, tell her who’s in charge and keep pushing forward.
Remember, you’re in charge. It’s not always easy, but it’ll be worth it.

A great weekend handling for Branton Barnes at NOTTINGHAM STRONG
It’s a pleasure being a part of Branton’s journey seeing him push his limits and totally transform himself in every part of his life.
I’ll let him do his own comp post but he’s getting better every comp 💪
Thanks Marco "SUMO" Tambis for getting some cool 📸

Happy New Year, my friends!
2025 was our best one yet — epic comps, massive strength gains, amazing weight loss, and transformations that go way deeper than looks.
The confidence you built. The happiness you found. The freedom from meds. Those quiet victories mean everything.
Grateful for each of you. Here’s to another year of unstoppable growth.
Love always,
Your Strength Coach 💙

🎄 Christmas Checklist: Stay on Track & Enjoy! 🎅💪
The holidays are here, but you can still feel amazing come January. Here’s your simple guide to balancing fitness and festive fun:
1️⃣ Stay Active
It’s easy to slow down with all the coziness, but keep moving! Every step counts! ❄️🚶♂️
2️⃣ Enjoy Your Food
Savor those treats—mince pies, chocolate, roast dinners—but don’t go overboard. Moderation lets you indulge without derailing your progress. 🍪🥧
3️⃣ Prioritise Workouts
Aim to get your sessions in, even if it means switching up your routine (early morning? Quick home workout?). Consistency wins! 🏋️♀️🔥
4️⃣ Ditch the Guilt
Christmas only comes once a year! Enjoy the celebrations, and be kind to yourself. No regrets—just enjoy. ❤️🎁
You’ve got this—enjoy the season and start the new year strong! ✨
