On Tuesdays at 9am-10am, I run a Tai Chi class focussing on standing exercises and adapted moves to suit the complete beginner, people with some Tai Chi experience and those with a small, or large, space to exercise in. This class helps to calm your mind , improve balance and add structure with slow, gentle movements and stretching. We also practice some standing or sitting meditation techniques. It is a friendly class with a wide range of ages and abilities. All you need is a clear space free from hazards and an open
mind!
I have been running this class throughout Lockdown and it has proved popular, so if you want to give it a try with a free trial lesson then please get in touch and I can let you have the class link via Zoom.

The end of the first full week of Inner Balance Tai Chi every morning Monday to Thursday on Zoom, well done to everyone, we are all learning together and it’s great to see you all. Not only are you consolidating and learning new Tai Chi skills you are also conquering the internet! Thank you to all of you who have supported and helped me and joined these classes, which are helping to keep us all going during this difficult time, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
It is with great regret that I have decided to cancel all Inner Balance Tai Chi classes for the foreseeable future due to the Covid19 outbreak. I would like to thank all my clients for their support over the last 8 years and hope that we can start up again soon. 🙁
