I hope you are all having a wonderful Bank Holiday. I don’t teach any classes on Bank Holiday Mondays but I’m certainly not resting. 😊.
I enjoyed a 17k walk with my friend through the beautiful Kent countryside led by Lisa from Are We There Yet - Rambling.
A good stretch was needed at the end and so much water! ☀️

TEDDY BEAR COLLECTION
After our amazing effort collecting Easter Eggs for the charity Fusion I work for, I have offered to ask you all for some help for their Fusion Maidstonehich is their fete in July.
“Community Fete Calls for Teddy Donations to Support Popular Teddy Tombola Fusion Maidstone the organisers of this year's Park Wood Community Fete are appealing to residents, local businesses and community groups to donate teddy bears and soft toys to support a much-loved teddy tombola stall at the event.
The fete, which brings together families and residents for a day of fun, entertainment and community connection, will take place on Saturday 18th July 2026 at the Park Wood Recreational Ground.
The teddy tombola is one of the events most popular attractions, offering children and families the chance to win a variety of teddy bears while raising funds to support future community activities and local initiatives.
Fusion are welcoming donations of new or gently used teddy bears and soft toys which will be used as prizes on the day.”
You can leave the teddies with me in class and I will deliver them safely to Fusion.

Our focus starting this week is hips and knees!
It is so important we look after our hips and knees. My new routine this week will help to create movement and build strength to support.
For those of you who don’t like being on your knees this is a perfect routine ❤️

One of my ladies managed her first full push up today and the joy on her face was priceless!
It just takes practice and the strength will come.
You don’t have to do a full push up to help build the strength in your arms, shoulders and back. You can use a wall or start on your knees. All is needed is a small bend of those arms and a gentle push back to lengthen them.
