We're back!

Every Thursday night at 7pm (Starting 2nd March)

Good evening all!
Had a great first two sessions back, for our socially distanced circuit class!

There is currently only 1 space left on the 7pm class and the 6pm class is fully booked!

*Edit* Unfortunately all spaces have been booked. I will notify the page of any changes if they occur

Good evening everyone!

As you're all probably aware, we're now allowed to meet in open spaces in groups of no more than 6!

This means I'm able to start our Tuesday night Circuits again as of the 9th, but due to the restrictions I'll be allowing a maximum of 5 people per class, in order to guarantee a spot you will need to prebook a space. To do this please message me privately, I will be allowing 1 weeks notice for bookings.

Due to the minimal people able to attend I'll be doing 2 classes on Tuesdays with a small gap between for me to disinfect all equipment being used.

The new times will be: 18:00-18:45 and then 19:00-19:45.

On top of this I'll be opening up a couple of evening slots on Saturdays for 1 on 1 training sessions.

These will be from 17:45 onward. There will be very limited availability so if you're interested please message me for more details!

Payment will also be contact free where possible by using bank transfer.
