I have posted this in the Community on my YouTube channel, but here it is again for those who don’t go there:

After having done some research on the topic of the inferred “liability” & “duty of care” on any walk “organisers” in the eyes of the law, the planned group walk on the weekend of 22/23 August will no longer take place.
There will also be no further group walks arranged.
Sorry to let people down, but I’m sure you can all understand the situation and the position I would find myself in should any accidents or incidents occur on one of these walks.
For similar reasons, there will be no more links to GPX files in video descriptions.

For anyone who wishes to join us, the next two group walks will be:
Clough Head on weekend of 4/5 July.
Scafell Pike & Lingmell via Piers Gill on weekend of 22/23 August.
As usual, a post will be placed in the Tony's Trails YouTube community on the Wednesday before to confirm which day (depending on the forecast).
