After weeks of relentless drought, the rain has finally arrived and what a difference it’s made! ☔️⛳️

Our course is already responding brilliantly, and we’re looking forward to seeing the it continue to bounce back as we head into the autumn. 🍂

We’re extremely proud, that despite being a public course, our USGA greens are maintained to the highest standard & have survived the drought incredibly well.

⛳️ The Greenkeepers Are On The Ball! 🌱

With some much-needed rain on the way, our greenkeeping team are getting ahead of the weather by Verti-Draining the greens.

This helps relieve compaction, improve aeration and create channels for water to move through the soil profile, meaning the greens are better prepared to make the most of the rainfall. 🌧️💧

After a drier spell, we’re welcoming the rain with open arms, alongside a little helping hand from our irrigation system to keep the greens hydrated and healthy. 💦🌱

A little work now = healthier greens for the months ahead👌⛳️
