This right here is why I do what I do. ✅

​Before we teamed up, my client had already made progress on her own but hit a frustrating weight-loss plateau. Over the last 8 months of working together, she has dropped another 18kg—bringing her total weight loss to a massive 36kg! 📉🔥

​But the most incredible part of this journey is what you can't see on the scale. When I asked her what she wanted to share about her experience, her response said it all:

Standard scales only tell half the story. The data tells the rest. 🔥

Check out these 3-month results from my client Sam:
Total Weight: -4.5kg (Down)

Body Fat Mass: -6.0kg (Huge drop!)

Skeletal Muscle Mass: +1.2kg (Built muscle)

Body Fat %: Dropped by 6.6%

Most people just 'chase the number' on the scale and end up losing muscle in the process. My client did the opposite. By following a structured training plan and staying consistent with nutrition, Sam completely changed his body composition—dropping significant fat while actually getting stronger and leaner.

Amazing progress by my client Alaa. Currently we've been running an upper lower split with some conditioning work the last 6 weeks.

Squat depth is looking amazing, Dumbbell RDLs are also going up in weight each session.

🔥 I would like to share some big wins from my clients this week 🔥

Let's start with Diane. We started working together less than 2 months ago, and everything related to exercise she hated. However, I proposed to her that we complete a 21 day challenge where she comes to the gym every day to build that habit. So far I am proud to announce she is 19 days in and going strong. A couple of days ago she said "I actually started to really enjoy this and I'll even go beyond 21 days before I leave on a holiday". This shows that doing something daily on a consistent basis builds new habits and starts a mindset shift which can help us change our lives 🏋️

The 2nd win is by my other client Gayan, who's also started with no experience prior, and showed up to a training session after a 24 hour shift at work with just 1 hour of sleep. I do not support a lifestyle like that, because sleep is very important, however sometimes we can get ahead of ourselves and use everything as an excuse not to workout or find time for it. Therefore, I'm proud to see Gayan pushing through such a difficult barrier and still getting a workout in. That takes some work ethic and discipline 💪

I would like to share the incredible progress of my client Carmen.

We started working together about 10 months ago and in this time her transformation has been fascinating to witness. During the first few months we focused on building a strong foundation including proper exercise technique, stability, strength training as well as eating habits.

Before I met Carmen, she used to live on a diet where she would barely eat, there would be no structure or a well balanced diet. Initially Carmen called me 'Crazy' when I said that we'll need to almost double our calories and increase our protein targets. I used to joke about her food habits and "Eating grass" rather than food high in protein 😂😂😂

First half of the year we gained quite a bit of muscle whilst slowly gaining weight, and the last 3 months we focused on "bulking' and lifting heavy weights with progresive overload. Initially Carmen was quite hesitant after I mentioned word "bulking", and once again called me "Crazy' but I believe pictures tell the whole picture. We've added 12kg of weight of which a significant amount was muscle. So you be the judge and tell me which version of Carmen looks happier and healthier?

I guess the main point of this and the target audience of this post are ladies. The message is simple, don't be afraid to lift weights, don't be afraid to do something new, and also don't be afraid of work "bulking", because if done right it can really transform your body.
