I have returned from being in hospital. I am still recovering but I am back open. The days are shorter at the moment so please check opening times on Google.

I will be working at a slower pace so please bear with me.

If you need a new bike or your bike repaired, go and see Andy who has kindly stepped in while I am still in hospital.

It is taking a little longer than i thought to get back due to major surgery.

💜 500‑Mile Cycle Challenge — Riding for Crohn’s & Colitis UK.

Every August Sarah takes on a cycle challenge for charity.
This year, she is switching things up and sharing the love. For 2026, she is riding for Crohn’s & Colitis UK, a charity that means a lot to us because of our lovely friend Chris.
He’s been through the absolute mill over the last few years, but his strength, humour, and stubborn determination have never wavered.

Crohn’s & Colitis UK do incredible work:
• Support for people living with IBD; advice, helplines, and community groups
• Funding research, improving treatments and understanding
• Raising awareness, helping people get diagnosed earlier
• Campaigning for better NHS services

Throughout August, I’ll be cycling every day to reach a total of 500 miles over the month, every mile will be for our friend, and for the thousands of people living with Crohn’s and Colitis every single day.

Shop update:

I had to be rushed into surgery yesterday which went very well. It does mean that the shop will not be open Monday to Friday for the next few weeks.

We are open tomorrow. The great man Andy is covering again so go and say hello.

We are taking orders for bikes if you have cycle to work schemes vouchers or need quotes for them. Bikes if in stock can go out the door. If not in stock they will be ordered in and built for you.

Hi all,

Last week, I was meant to be on holiday, but got taken into hospital and have been there ever since.
I am getting the treatment I need, but the shop will only be open on Saturday 9-3 . Other Dates to follow. Bikes can be bought and taken away same day . Any repairs please speak to Andy on Saturday.
Bad timing as it is summer holidays but I will be back ASAP.
In the week I will pick up your emails and Facebook messages.
