Don't worry, it's NOT full contact. The aim is to spar and learn - not to knock each other out! Come along and have some sparring fun!
UFS: Open Session was started to give those training at UFS a chance outside of the regular classes to brush up on their sparring skills across the variety of arts that UFS cover - boxing, kickboxing, shootfighting/grappling, and weapons training.
£3 a session which covers room hire and insurance, and used as an addition to your regular training it really will help you become more confident in sp
