12 Month Update π
I'm so much in ma feelings atm with leaving the UK, leaving the kids ,dog & family, leaving the job I love, packing & getting house ready to rent, organising fitness holidays, also a little anxiety with getting filmed that I haven't processed that we have actually made our Dream happen..we are in a position where we have made ourselves more financially secure by living below our means here & not keeping up with The Jones's, have took gambles on property during the pandemic in Bulgaria which have paid off, ran a sh*tshow of a bootcamp in 2017 but trusted the process and ran another one the next year ππ
It's not been easy, Covid fu**ed things up, Brexit fu**ed things up ( Grazie Dio sono mezza Italiana ) family relations have been frictious & we could of thrown the towel in a few times but I just knew we are aligned to live in Bulgaria π§π¬ & never thought once that it wouldn't happen.
You only live once, but life goes too fast for us to really acknowledge that fact. If your considering a change just fu***ng do it. While you can. While you have life on your side π

Keep an eye out for upcoming on - line Coaching offers that I have in the pipe - line.
We are getting through January now and with Spring not too far away we are likely to find our motivation and desire to move more increase automatically π
Before we know it Summer will be here and we want to be looking & feeling the best we can so putting the hard graft in now will make it all the more easier come the lovely Summer months π

Few Tips for Levelling up in 2025
#1 DONT look at the whole year & what you want to achieve...break it down into each quarter. Setting goals for each quarter of the year is much more manageable. Saying I want to lose 10lb by 1st March sounds more achievable than I want to lose 50 by end of the year .
#2 DONT compare your journey to everyone else. We are all in different seasons of our lives... my children are adults now so I am in a position to invest more time into myself than a Mother with two small kiddos. Respect where you are currently in your season of live and do the best you can with the resources you have .
#3 DONT evaluate your success by numbers alone, that goes for every aspect of your life including finances, weight, inches, steps you've completed etc etc.
Your values will be different to the next person for e.g somebody will value free time to enjoy life over slaving to make the dollar their ultimate goal and vice versa & that's fine as long as they sit in alignment with your values.
How you feel about yourself is more important than giving two sh*ts about what other people think & if your feeling strong, fit , healthy & bossing it your winning regardless of numbers.

Honest Post π«€
A little comparison just over 12 months on π€π€..exactly same outfit & location.
Wasn't even trying to change my body composition tbh, I was happy with how I looked a year ago and I was pretty strong & felt great !
I had C-Diff after my Rhinoplasty back in March which meant I couldn't hold much in for around 6 weeks, the diorreah was insane π³ which coupled with the fact I didn't eat solids for around 10 days during my recovery meant I lost weight by de-fault.
I have been working in 35 degrees all Summer which was initiated by Sunstroke at the beginning of July so my appetite and weight diminished and for the first time since 2018 when I last weighed myself for my 40 Health Check I started weighing myself. Like Daily sometimes, even twice π¬π. Initially the Dr wanted to know my weight but because I was pleasantly suprised by what was on the scales I started to get a little addicted to the buzz that stupid number told me.
I was basically doing what I tell my clients NOT to do lols ππ«
I've scrapped that now as my training capacity was 'Byee Felicia' so now I'm intuitively eating and being mindful of my portion sizes because Girl can eat 2 bowls of pasta without it touching the sides π π
I have a very addictive personality, which is why training comes so easy to me but food can and has been an issue and I'm not going down that path again at 46.
So even us coaches f**k up sometimes and get in a cycle of habits which is not conducive to a healthy mindset or lifestyle.
Anyhow, Happy Tuesday #

One of our lovely guests was to achieve a handstand with straight legs by the end of her trip π
So pleased as after a little practice following our Yoga session this morning she managed it ! π
