And more winners created with my guys at Corby Town Table Tennis Club winning two of three cup competitions that the Kettering League run each season. So happy and proud of all of them (even the slightly older one)!

If you had told me in my early 30s that I would be working with some great young people and creating champions, I would have thought you were crazy. Coaching is a difficult job for sure and can take over your life if you're not careful, but it's also such a satisfying and rewarding vocation. Even more so if your focus is on developing the whole person and not just their table tennis skills.

Super proud of these two fine young men who became County Schools champion in their respective age groups.
Have known and worked with Alex since he started playing the sport aged 12½ (I think) and have enjoyed nearly enough every single moment of the journey. Now aged 18, the boy is now a man. He is a multiple time Northants Schools champion and has won it in three separate age groups (under 13, under 16 and under 19).8
Prithvi is only nine years old and has already been playing the sport for three years, although one year was lost due to lockdown. It has been a real pleasure to work with him in this short time in the sport. Today he picked up a winners medal for the first time when he won the Under 11 event. Massive congrats to Prithvi 👏👏👏
Both players now go on to play in the National Schools finals at Wolverhampton in April.

A short clip from the end of challenging session, both physically and mentally for young Prithvi. Some good progress being made. Prithvi is competing in Div 2 of the Kettering Senior League this season and already has a win average of over 40%!
