Great day visiting Weetabix with Tommy to support Nicola ahead of the London Marathon .
I’ve had the privilege of coaching Nicola over the last 10 weeks, and seeing her commitment, resilience, and progress has been incredible. She’s putting all that hard work towards an amazing cause, running for the Epilepsy Society 👏🏽

A huge thank you to Tasker and Harriet for coordinating yesterday’s PSA testing event, and to all the Limitless Training Club staff who helped make the day run so smoothly.
We’d also like to thank Kettering Rugby Club for providing a fantastic venue and supporting the event.
With over 137 men attending, the turnout was incredible and highlights just how important raising awareness around men’s health really is.
Limitless Training Club is proud to continue playing its part in the community supporting initiatives like this and helping to raise awareness that early testing can save lives.

Limitless Training Club are hosting a Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) Screening Event to promote early detection and awareness of prostate health.
• What: PSA Blood Test Screening for Prostate Health.
• Target Group: Males aged 40+
• When: Friday 6th February 2026
• Time: Between 4:00pm and 8:00pm
• Where: Kettering Rugby Club
• Cost: £25
This screening is crucial for early detection of prostate cancer and involves a simple blood test. We strongly encourage all our eligible male clients (40+) to consider attending.
The PSA blood test is a key tool in detecting potential issues early, which is essential for better outcomes.
Please make sure you, or any eligible men you know, do not miss this opportunity. We strongly urge you to share the attached flyer with your family and friends and tell them about this important prostate screening blood test event.

Callum is a junior instructor at Limitless Training Club, joining the team in 2025. He has a strong sporting background, having represented East Midlands rugby at U17 and U18 levels, and progressing to Midlands U18s, alongside playing for Kettering Rugby Club. He has also recently attained his Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
Callum is a valuable asset to the Alternative Provision team, bringing positive teamwork, strong communication, and excellent people skills. His ability to build healthy, supportive relationships enables him to work effectively alongside students and contribute to their development.

Richie Bailey is the latest Personal Trainer to join our team.
Richie comes from a strong sporting background, having previously played for Northampton Town Football Club as a scholar, before spending four years in America on a football scholarship.
During his time in America, Richie completed a bachelor’s degree in Social Science and will soon be starting a master’s degree in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Richie is also passionate about Alternative Provision and is dedicated to helping teenagers and young adults reach their full potential supporting them both physically and mentally.
Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or striving to reach the next level, Richie brings motivation, expertise, and accountability to every session.

Harriet is our Teaching Assistant, joining the Limitless team in 2025. She holds a Level 6 qualification in Childcare and Education and brings over 20 years of professional experience to the role. Throughout her career, Harriet has worked across a wide range of educational and childcare settings, including mainstream schools, specialist environments, and early years provision.
Harriet also holds a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Certificate, having completed extensive safeguarding and child protection training to support the needs of our Alternative Provision. Her depth of knowledge, calm professionalism, and excellent people skills make her an invaluable part of our team, contributing to a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for all students.
Within the programme, Harriet works closely with young people to support their Maths and English learning, as well as delivering core Fundamental Skills and Life Skills sessions. She plays a key role in helping students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits both academically and personally.
Dedicated, patient, and highly experienced, Harriet brings a strong blend of educational expertise and pastoral care to Limitless, strengthening our mission to help every young person reach their full potential.

Tasker is the Head of Youth Fitness and Sports Performance and has extensive experience delivering effective and engaging fitness sessions for young people aged 9 to 18. He has also worked as an instructor within our Alternative Provision, supporting students through structured physical activity, mentoring, and positive engagement.
Tasker has completed both Level 2 and Level 3 Certificates in Fitness Instructing and is a qualified and certified VertiMax Trainer.
Throughout his rugby career, Tasker has represented Northampton Saints at U18 level and is currently playing Scrum Half for Kettering 1st XV. He has also represented East Midlands across the age groups, played for the Wellingborough School 1st XV for three years, and had the honour of captaining the team in his final year.
Tasker is driven and focused on helping others develop their fitness, and he continually works to expand his own knowledge, skills, and techniques in his career as a Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach.
